Setup Requirements

  • You must have a Payfast merchant account to receive payouts. We deduct:
    • Payfast fee: R2 + 3.5% of the order total (including R25 delivery)
    • ChefMap fee: 10% of the order total
  • Please upload square images under 500KB (ideally 2 - 300KB for fast loading).
  • When registering, make sure your selected location is taken from your business premises - this defines your customer delivery area.
  • Delivery is your responsibility. You may choose to deliver yourself or partner with services like Mr Delivery. Our budget is R25 per delivery.
