Setup Requirements

• You must have a Payfast merchant account to receive payouts. We deduct:

  • Payfast fee: R2 + 3.5% of the order total (including R59.80 delivery fee + VAT for a radio up to 7 km. The client is responsible for any additional kilometers not recorded by ChefMap.)

  • ChefMap fee: 10 % of the order total + VAT.

• Please upload square images under 500KB (ideally 2 - 300KB for fast loading).
• When registering, make sure your selected location is taken from your business premises - this defines your customer delivery area.
• You agree to deliver yourself and to sign a monthly debit order for the delivery app fee of R150.00. Our budget is R59.80 + VAT per delivery for a radio up to 7.00 km.
• Note. Once an order is dispatched, the buyer cannot cancel it.
