ChefMap is a facilitator platform that connects independent chefs with potential customers. We do not prepare, handle, or deliver food directly and do not assume liability for the quality, safety, or compliance of any meals prepared by chefs.
Each chef registered on the ChefMap platform is solely and fully responsible for their own services, including but not limited to food hygiene, delivery, customer service, and compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
Customers may rate and review chefs based on their experience. ChefMap reserves the right to monitor these ratings and take appropriate action. If a chef receives consistently poor ratings or is involved in serious complaints, ChefMap may investigate and, at its discretion, suspend or permanently deactivate the chef's account.
ChefMap reserves the right to suspend or deactivate any chef account in cases of fraud, misconduct, breach of customer trust, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Such actions may be taken without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation.
ChefMap will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or liabilities arising from services provided by chefs through the platform. Users agree to hold ChefMap harmless in any dispute between chefs and customers.
ChefMap may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
